My Background
I am a Consultant Ophthalmologist who specialises in cataract surgery, vitreoretinal surgery and conditions including macular holes, epiretinal membranes and retinal detachment surgery. I also manage the medical treatment of macular degeneration, diabetic eye disease and vascular disorders of the retina.
I provide private consultations to patients from across Scotland at The Edinburgh Clinic and Spire Edinburgh Hospitals.
My NHS practice is based at the Princess Alexandra Eye Pavilion, Edinburgh, having previously worked and trained for 8 years at the world-renowned Moorfields Eye Hospital, London and the UCL Institute of Ophthalmology.
